Los Angeles giant O’Melveny & Myers has become the third firm in recent weeks to form a joint venture (JV) in Japan after linking up with local firm Watanabe Kokusai Law Offices (WKLO).
The JV will be based in Tokyo and bring together 19 lawyers offering a full-service practice including M&A, financing, real estate and IP.
