Norton Rose has restructured its global corporate finance practice merging its 19 regional practices into one business with a single profit centre – while also luring a former senior finance partner back into the fold.
The shake-up unites the top 10 London firm’s corporate finance partners into one team, creating a group with 35 partners in London and 70 worldwide, overseen by global corporate chief Tim Marsden.
