Weil Gotshal & Manges advised Ventiv Health on the £4.8m sale of its UK-based Contract Sales Organisation (CSO) to Ireland-based United Drug, which was advised by Morgan Lewis & Bockius banking and finance partner Anthony Warnock-Smith. Weil Gotshal also advised Ventiv Health on the £7.7m sale of its German CSO business to a management team, advised by Munich solicitor Dr Bertram Deininger. Weil Gotshal corporate partner Wade Angus led the German and UK teams from London.
Hammond Suddards Edge‘s Leeds office advised Solaglas, the UK subsidiary of French multinational glassmaker Saint-Gobain, on its acquisition of specialist window frame repair company Windowcare UK, for an undisclosed sum. The Hammonds team was led by Leeds head of corporate Ian Greenfield. The vendor was advised by Sills & Betteridge commercial partners Andrew Payne and Gary Phillips.
