Weil Gotshal & Manges advised Ventiv Health on the £4.8m sale of its UK-based Contract Sales Organisation (CSO) to Ireland-based United Drug, which was advised by Morgan Lewis & Bockius banking and finance partner Anthony Warnock-Smith. Weil Gotshal also advised Ventiv Health on the £7.7m sale of its German CSO business to a management team, advised by Munich solicitor Dr Bertram Deininger. Hammond Suddards Edge‘s Leeds office advised Solaglas, the UK subsidiary of French multinational glassmaker Saint-Gobain, on its acquisition of specialist window frame repair company Windowcare UK, for an undisclosed sum.
