Allen & Overy (A&O) is reeling after the departure of two finance partners to the London arms of US firms in less than a week.
Top-rated acquisition finance partner Euan Gorrie resigned last Wednesday (30 October) to become the first ever UK partner to join elite Wall Street firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, with capital markets partner Andrew Brodie departing days later for Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.
