New Orleans firm Adams and Reese and Lange Simpson Robinson & Somerville of Alabama are to merge on 1 January, 2003.
The new firm will retain the Adams and Reese name and create one of the largest firms in the southern US, with offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Mobile, Jackson, Houston and Washington DC.
