Irwin Mitchell is launching a test case challenging the Law Society’s right to close down the practice of a solicitor suspected of dishonesty.
Andrew Lockley (pictured right), the head of the firm’s public law unit, is representing Luton-based sole practitioner Michael Harvey whose practice was closed down last December.
