Brobeck Hale and Dorr (BHD) has combined with one of its founders, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, in advising Bookham Technology on its £71.2m acquisition of some of the businesses of Nortel Networks.
Corporate partner Richard Eaton led the BHD team, assisted by senior associate Struan Penwarden, with Brobeck technology partner Ellen Corenswet and Ken Johnson advising on US aspects of the deal.
