Chinese call for Gide in US steel tariffs dispute

Top Paris firm Gide Loyrette Nouel has been instructed on one of the most high-profile trade disputes of recent years after being called in to represent the Chinese Government at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in the battle over US steel tariffs.

Gide will act for China in a hearing in Geneva scheduled for 29 October, with the firm’s WTO team being led by Brussels-based lawyer Olivier Prost.
