Clifford Chance (CC) has elected John Carroll as its new managing partner for the Americas, in the latest round of the London giant’s management shake-up.
Carroll has been a partner at the firm since joining the legacy Rogers & Wells in 1992 after a nine-year stint at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He also heads CC’s US regulatory/white-collar defence litigation practice.
