Finers Stephens Innocent has landed the University of East London (UEL) as a new property client following a competitive tender in July.
Finers will represent UEL in the disposal of its existing Barking Campus and the construction of academic buildings and student residential accommodation on its Docklands campus.
Finers was appointed after a tender process involving five other firms during the summer.
The Finers team was led by head of property development Michael Kutner and included head of construction James Harvey and head of tax Brian Slater.
