Fladgate Fielder has closed a major transaction for a high-profile golf course in the same week that it announced a senior hire to boost its sports media and technology (SMT) team.
The Fladgate team was led by corporate partner Charles Wander, who advised a group of private investors on the acquisition of the former PGA Collingtree Golf Course for an undisclosed sum.
At the same time, Fladgate has announced the hire of assistant solicitor Stuart Nuttall, who joins the firm from Jeffery Green Russell. The hire of Nuttall takes Fladgate’s SMT team to eight lawyers.
