Norton Rose, led by corporate finance partner Simon Sackman, has advised retailer and restaurateur Harvey Nichols in relation to a recommended offer from Broad Gain (UK) to acquire the 49.9% of the issued share capital of Harvey Nichols that it did not already own. Macfarlanes, led by corporate partner Tim Lewis, advised Broad Gain. The offer values the company at £137.5m.

Bristows, led by corporate partner Iain Redford, advised restaurant and motor dealership group Gowrings on the sale of its Wokingham and Bracknell Ford motor dealership business to Inchape. Nabarro Nathanson, led by corporate partner Brenda Finlay, advised Inchape.
