Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and its new US ally – Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel – have set their sights on hooking German, Spanish and Dutch firms into a new pan-European alliance.
The two firms announced their own strategic alliance on Monday after partners from both firms unanimously voted through the deal last week.
Under the terms of the alliance, the two firms will remain independent, but pool their resources to promote joint marketing, IT and training programmes.
