The Law Society’s ruling board has survived the no confidence vote forced on Chancery Lane by high-profile campaigning solicitor Imran Khan at its July annual general meeting.
After a postal ballot of the whole profession Khan’s four motions, all of them highly critical of the society’s establishment, were voted down.
