Leading Austrian firm Weiss Tessbach is to lose more than a third of its Vienna partners following a row over international strategy.
Six partners, led by senior IP lawyer Christian Gassauer-Fleissner, are in the process of leaving the 75-lawyer firm to set up their own practice in Vienna. The move follows serious opposition to plans at the top five Vienna firm to become part of an international network.
