Masons has secured a lead role on one of the most high profile criminal cases in recent years after being brought in to advise on the next chapter in the Lockerbie legal battle.
The national firm won the role through its appointment this year of McGrigor Donald partner Eddie MacKechnie as a consultant.
MacKechnie is representing convicted Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi on his appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg.
