Frode Jensen, the partner at the centre of the Pillsbury Winthrop “harassment” allegations, has decided not to join Latham & Watkins in the latest twist to the bizarre tale.
Lathams has confirmed Jensen’s decision. It is unclear what Jensen’s next move will be.
Lathams had announced on 3 September that New York-based Jensen was set to join the firm, leaving his position as co-head of Pillsbury’s mergers and acquisitions practice.
