'Harassment' row partner U-turn on Lathams move

Frode Jensen, the partner at the centre of the Pillsbury Winthrop “harassment” statement, has decided not to join Latham & Watkins in the latest twist to the bizarre tale.

Lathams confirmed Jensen’s decision. It is unclear what Jensen’s next move will be.
