Norton Rose has advised on the prospective takeover of one of the UK’s leading health and fitness groups, Holmes Place, by its closest rival, the Cannon Group, for £203m.
It is understood that Norton Rose spirited Holmes Place away from Nabarro Nathanson in June, immediately prior to the health and fitness group authorising two of its directors to explore a possible management buy-out.
