Michael Marecki’s first brush with UK insolvency law has left him adamant that there needs to be a change in the law.
As director of legal affairs for Jaguar, Land Rover and Aston Martin, the US-qualified, UK-based lawyer’s experience came about when the banks to a key supplier to Land Rover called in the administrative receivers last December.
