Brobecks reels as Deweys secures 11 partner team

New York’s Dewey Ballantine has secured a deal to hire an 11 partner IP team from troubled tech specialist Brobeck Phleger & Harrison.

The lawyers will be divided between Deweys’ IP litigation group in Palo Alto, Austin and Washington DC and should start over the next 30 days following their resignations.
