Russian oil giant Lukoil turns to Akin Gump for London listing

US firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has advised Lukoil, Russia’s largest oil company, on a unique listing on the London Stock Exchange.
Lukoil is the first Russian company to list its shares in London and was advised by a team of Akin Gump lawyers in Moscow, London and Houston, under partner Natalia Baratiants.
