US firm McDermott Will & Emery has launched a second German office after raiding Ernst & Young tied law firm Menold & Aulinger for a three partner team.
The new practice will be based in the industrial centre of Duesseldorf and adds to the Chicago-based firm’s existing Munich office, which was launched in January with the recruitment of five partners from Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener.
