Shepherd & Wedderburn goes for Winscribe rollout

Scottish firm Shepherd & Wedderburn has started a rollout of digital dictation software from Winscribe in a bid to increase efficiency and cut support costs.

The law firm had been piloting the system in its Glasgow office, but says it was forced to go for a full rollout when the number of faults affecting the firm’s magnetic tape system started to approach unacceptable levels.
