The Body Shop: Susie Flook has been appointed the company’s new general counsel. She takes over from Paula Leviton who is leaving at the end of August. Flook, a former president of the European chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association, joined The Body Shop from Coca-Cola in July 1999.
Hemscott: General counsel Nick Sarker has been appointed company secretary this month. Sarker joined the business information and research company as general counsel in 2001. He worked for law firm Masons in commercial and technology law from 1992-98.
