The UK legal arm of Big Four accountant KPMG is to begin a partner redundancy programme following its decision this month to cut 62 jobs from its network, including 20 London-based fee earners.
KLegal’s 72-partner UK practice expects to have its assistant lawyer and support staff redundancies finalised in September, but is unable to put a time-frame on its proposed partner losses.
