The International Bar Association (IBA) is this week to lobby the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on the liberalisation of legal services under the next round of trade talks – becoming the first lawyers’ organisation to brief the WTO directly.
The IBA has set up a heavyweight panel for the briefing in Geneva this Friday (19 July), with Allen & Overy’s regional managing partner for Europe, Stephen Denyer, and White & Case Paris-based partner, John Riggs, representing global firms.
