Hugh James gets into Solicitec

Leading Welsh firm Hugh James has bought a site licence for Solicitec’s Visualfiles software in a bid to introduce a combined knowledge management (KM) and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

The move follows Hugh James’s installation last year of Solicitec’s case management system, SolCase.
