National firm Addleshaw Booth & Co last month reported a good financial performance for its
commoditised legal services division, Enact.
Revenue for Enact – now in its second year of operation – increased from £5.4m to £9.2m per year.

In the financial year 2001-02, Enact completed 50,000 transactions with a total value of £3.85bn, more than doubling its figures for the previous year when it processed 25,000 transactions valued at £1.6bn.
