Remember that British Rail slogan: “We’re getting there”? Well, according to this week’s Big Question, that is the position Andersen Legal and its UK arm Garretts were at least within sight of getting there before the entire project was terminally derailed by the Enron scandal.
Asked how close Andersen Legal was to becoming a leading international firm, just 5% of our panel of 100 senior lawyers believed the firm had already made it, while another 12% said it was getting there.
