US litigation giant Shook Hardy & Bacon has secured a merger with UK firm Arnander Irvine & Zietman (AIZ).
The deal – the first transatlantic merger between two litigation specialists – will create a 17-partner London practice focusing on international disputes, particularly in the areas of IP, banking, product liability and energy.
