The Hong Kong office of newly-merged shipping specialist Sinclair Roche & Temperley (SRT) is breaking up after being excluded from the UK firm’s tie-up with London rival Stephenson Harwood.
Stephenson Harwood has confirmed that the takeover of SRT, effective from 17 May, involves only one of SRT’s four Hong Kong partners – litigator Sue McNaughton – moving to the merged firm.
