Simmons celebrates private equity double

simmons Simmons & Simmons’ corporate team has clinched a private equity double, closing two deals and
winning two new sets of clients along the way.

The first deal saw corporate partner Martin Saywell lead a team advising the management of engineering company FCX International on the manufacturer’s £47m take-private.
