Pinsent Curtis Biddle has overcome a major conflictsituation to advise on both sides of the recapitalisation of childrenswear retailer Adams.
The problem arose when Pinsents’ Birmingham office, which was advising private equity investor Lloyds TSB Development Capital on its £15m investment in Adams, hired the bulk of Garretts’ Birmingham team, which was advising Adams.
