Macfarlanes looks set to cash in on the tentative revival of London’s IPO market after being lined up by the Ministry of Sound (MoS) to advise on its planned flotation.
MoS’ only in-house lawyer, Adam Barker, told Legal Week the nightclub-to-music business was likely to instruct Macfarlanes on the flotation, planned for late this year or early 2003.
