After 30 years of political turmoil and less than friendly market conditions, Northern Irish law firms are coming out of the shadows.

While only McGrigor Donald and Kennedys have dipped their toes into the Belfast legal market, rumours still persist that the Eversheds and DLAs of this world are looking around. Northern Irish (NI) firms in the meantime have linked up with their counterparts cross-border and Dublin firm Arthur Cox has opened an office.
