Brobeck Phleger & Harrison has expelled its former chairman Tower Snow in the wake of his failed attempt to lead 35 partners from the US technology giant to Clifford Chance (CC).
Snow, the chairman of the San Francisco-based firm until December last year and one of the US’ most high profile lawyers, was ejected from the partnership on Friday (17 May) after a crisis partner vote.
