UK giant Linklaters has elected 14 lawyers from across its network of offices to a new international board as part of a major shake-up of its governance structure.
The board, chaired by senior partner Anthony Cann, has been given the task of overseeing the firm’s management and is made up of partners from different parts of Linklaters’ global network of offices.
