Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker has sealed a formal link-up with 100-lawyer Hong Kong firm Koo and Partners, giving the US firm its first base in Asia’s legal capital.
Effective from 30 April, the two firms are operating under Paul Hastings’ management with Koo founding and senior partner Donald Koo heading the combined firm’s Hong Kong office, as well as its office in Beijing.
