Denton Wilde Sapte has received a welcome fillip to its emerging markets securities practice by advising the world’s largest gas producer on its debut international bond issue.
The deal – which was run jointly out of London and Moscow – saw Dentons advise Russian client Gazprom on the issuance of a £344m ($500m) five-year eurobond.
