Insurance firm Vizard Oldham has escaped having to pay thousands of pounds for unused office space after resolving a legal wrangle with the 16 partners who are departing to join Weightmans.
Vizards and Weightmans have been arguing about office space since Vizards’ insurance litigation team announced last October that it was to merge with northwest insurance firm Weightmans with effect from this May.
