UK businesses are groaning under the weight of too much employment legislation, according to a survey by Legal Week’s sister magazine, Legal Director, this month.
A poll of more than 300 companies – conducted in association with law firm Penningtons – found that four out of five believe that the level of employment legislation is too high.
