Berwin Leighton Paisner property partner Simon Barnett advised the target. Praedia is a subsidiary of Cardinal Lysander Group, the UK-based property investment company.
Morgan Cole corporate partner Robert Cherry has advised London-listed workplace services provider PHS Group on its £17.75m bid for Teacrate. Fenners corporate partner Robert Fenner advised the target, which rents and sells a wide range of products and services specifically tailored for workplace storage and relocation. The acquisition is part of PHS’ plans to expand in the crate rental market.
