A&O warns of redundancies

Allen & Overy (A&O) has become the latest firm to warn of support staff redundancies as it moves to finalise assessments of about 170 secretarial and document production (DP) staff.

The A&O review follows its commissioning of a PA Consulting survey that found concerns among fee earners and support staff about the quality and structure of the firm’s secretarial function.
