Addleshaw Booth & Co has merged its banking litigation team into its commercial litigation department to create an integrated litigation practice run from London.
Overall control of the newly-integrated litigation practice will be in the hands of London-based head of commercial litigation Simon Twigden.
The news comes in the wake of the retirement of former senior partner and current head of banking litigation John Priestly.
