Gouldens property partners Tom Budd and William Oliver advised special purpose vehicle Phillimore Hill on a £104m investment and development facility for the Queen Elizabeth College Site in Kensington, London. The site is to be converted into luxury flats. Barclays Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland provided the banking facility. Berwin Leighton Paisner partner Simon Kildahl acted for the banks.
Wragge & Co property partner Huw Roberts advised property company MEPC on the pre-letting of Eversheds’ new Cardiff office.
