Leading independent German firm Wessing and the UK’s Taylor Joynson Garrett (TJG) are on the final leg of their merger after Wessing partners voted in favour of the plan at the weekend.
The German partners voted on Saturday (13 April) by an 84% majority to draw up final terms for a deal that will see 68 Wessing partners join the London firm, securing TJG’s first major practice in continental Europe.
