Top Munich firm Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz is facing the loss of its biggest corporate client, KirchGroup, following the insolvency of the company’s main division, KirchMedia, this month.
KirchMedia entered into insolvency proceedings on 8 April, pending a deal to restructure the group following the failure of its pay-TV division, in the largest corporate failure to hit Germany for years.
