Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy (A&O) advised on the construction and delivery of the first-ever global, luxury cruise ship, The World, in a deal worth £182m.
Clifford Chance property partner Susie Stewart led the team advising The ResidenSea Group, which oversaw the building of the ship, while shipping partner Paul Turner advised on the ship building contract.
