Norton Rose has advised two investment banks on a complex E250m (£152.8m) deal to finance a Polish telecoms company’s acquisition of goods and services.
The firm represented long-standing clients French bank Credit Agricole Indosuez and Germany’s West LB as the financiers for Polish company PTK Centertel on its purchase of services and equipment from telecoms giant Nokia, which was advised by its in-house team.
